Is a historic market town. Which lies on the Stour between Haverhill and Sudbury, on the southern edge of West Suffolk. Its country park has the ruins of a castle with a listed railway station inside it. Shops and eating places complete the picture. The Muffin Man is inside. Basher Dowsing did his worst.
